John Joseph has 35 years of experience in business operations and executive decision making. Recently John worked as the CEO of CEFERTS he founded. CEFERTS provides IT services including e-learning, extended team and projects execution.
Prior to this, he was Technical Manager of Datec Corp, a US based Information technology company. At Datec Corp he was in charge of Technical evaluation, strategic planning and partnerships, timely execution of Projects both in US and INDIA. He later became the Vice president operations of Datec Corp.
John started his Career as the CEO of ARCONS , a project execution firm. While at ARCONS he also functioned as the Technical Manager responsible for technical evaluation aspects of Projects, bidding for projects, strategic planning and execution including Legal Contracts and Logistics.
Madhu Augustine has more than 20 years of experience in developing software applications and products.
He founded Ceino Technologies, a product innovation and services firm focusing on mobile and cloud apps development. Ceino develops mobile, cloud, and AI apps for customers such as ThermoFisher Scientific, Roche Molecular Diagnostics.
Prior to Ceino, he co-founded LexaCloud, a cloud-based data management and analysis platform for collecting and analyzing data from Life Sciences related instrument systems. The product was sold to ThermoFisher Scientific. Before LexCloud, Madhu was product management lead at Life Technologies where he led the $100M TaqMan Gene Expression product line.
Madhu holds a B.S. in computer science from National Institute of Technology in India and MBA from the Wharton Business Schol.
Lisa is a New Jersey Licensed Social Worker with a decade of experience working in the Social Service Field. She has ten years of experience providing therapy specifically working with adults 18 and older. Her areas of speciality includes Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Domestic Violence. Prior to this, Lisa was working as a Social Worker responsible for overall administration of admissions and discharges at Princeton Care Center. Her role at Beacon health Options was an Intensive Case Manager providing intensive case management services to mental health clients with dual-diagnoses, addiction, and terminal disease. At, Buttonwood Behavioral Health Hospital, Lisa worked as a Psychiatric Social Worker Supervisor conducting biological psychosocial histories in order to determine appropriate care for patients with persistent and co-occurring mental health disorders. She has performed therapeutic techniques such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) Techniques and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) individually and with clients in group settings.

Neil also Coordinate federal healthcare reform efforts for NJHA and Consult and act as a liaison with key stakeholders, government agencies, external customers, staff members and other relevant parties in relation to effective planning policy and legislative development.
Prior to this Neil worked as Chief of Staff for Senator Ellen Karcher and represented the senator at key events in the district and managed legislative issues for the senator.
