Subscription Fee:

Your Organization’s Annual subscription fee (the “Subscription Fee”) is based on the number of employees and/or contractors you authorize under your Organization account. The Subscription Fee will be charged to you in advance, to the credit card you provided upon enrollment in the Subscription Service. Subscription Fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time, but again, no refunds will be granted for Subscription Fees paid.

Change in Amount Authorized:

If the amount to be charged to your billing account varies from the amount you preauthorized (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), you have the right to receive, and we shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with your payment provider will govern your use of your Payment Method. You agree that we may accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each billing cycle.

Auto-Renewal for Subscription Services:

Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, which can be done through your account settings, your enrollment in the Subscription Service will be automatically renewed every twelve (12) months. Pacifyr will notify you prior to the expiration of the twelve (12) month Subscription Service term; if you wish to cancel auto-renewal of the Subscription Service for the following year, you must notify Pacifyr within 7 days of your receipt of an auto-renewal notice from Pacifyr. Pacifyr may change the Subscription Fee upon notice to you, but such change will only take effect once your then-current Program term has ended. If you do not wish to pay the new Subscription Fee, your only remedy shall be to cancel your enrollment in the Subscription Service for the following year, prior to the expiration of your then-current Subscription Service term.
